i have an idea for a minecraft update, the farming update, that adds in a huge abundance of CROPS, corn, tea, incense, even fruits like banana, maybe more veggies like celery and barley, you can even add in like, grapes, and oranges and plenty of things, i mean like a monster amount of crops, ginger, kale, lettuce, cabbage, like really. come on, all these crops, CAULIFLOWER, honestly i keep thinking of these right of the top of my head, blue berries, black berries, raspberries, so much of this stuff keeps popping into my head, strawberries, hold on, more and more are squeezing their ways through... nope, i'm dry, imagine how many more items you could make, jams, jellies, drinks of tea, you could mix berries into the tea, salads, stew with potatoes, celery, carrots, corn, and much more, that's just off the top of my head... magic updates? pshh, tech updates? pshh. farming update. and maybe add in birds.... so we can have more noise in the sky.

so i have more ideas, such as: broccoli.rubber trees, turnips, peaches, pears,more apple types too. green, and yellow, tomato, onion, garlic, pears, lemons, peppers, beans, pesto, cotton [for cloths] soybeans, rice, cassava, cucumber, aubergine, cherry, plum, lime, yam, aloe, coconuts, cahews, and the fruit it comes from, chili peppers and guavas.

peas, green beans, chicken nests for a designated area for chickens to lay eggs in, water/food troughs, cypress, incense, other types of dogs, domestic camels [only found in desert], elephants [in the biome that looks like africa and asia] bamboo, for asia biome idea, garlic, if i said it, have it again, jalapenos. avacado.

alright, now this is the hunting part, add in more weapons, such as the slingshot, musket, knife to skin animals, the ability to build a campfire that won't burn down the surrounding area and to cook with, more wild animals that will smell the food so that you'll need to make separate camps like real life, add thirst and more drinks, such as tea with the leaves you need to grow, or gather from the wild or from villages, add a stamina bar so that hunger and thirst can actually be used as a real survival element., as well as snow and desert problems. depending on what biome you spawn in, you can have a different tolerance to either the cold, warm, or have a tolerance to both. then you have actual villages, with guards and such, and when you murder someone in the village [that will have things build over time] they will investigate, soon the village will become a city or if you destroyed it, they will try to rebuild unless you kill every villager, you'll need permission the farm crops and will earn emeralds for farming and will keep 3% of the crops you've farmed up. it will make a job system and a housing system, other jobs for villagers include mining and smelting/blacksmithing, then building, and law enforcement, however laws vary from village to village so laws will be different. villages also trade with other villages, you for instance, you can be a tea trader for garundun village going to yuctan village, or a diplomat trying to create peace with the two villages, and if there is a war between the villages, a soldier. it makes the world feel more alive and gives more of a use to the weapons added here and in the combat update. i've really thought this through from just a farming update, and am now taking this more seriously, and i am also taking suggestions for crops, jobs and ETC, side note: the wars can happen for many different reasons, such as, power, bad blood, one is more developed or to simply get rid/add it to their village, and build to extend their city. and it can provide a unique story to your experience.


1/3/17 first of all, happy new year to everyone, i waited until today for the Chinese people to enjoy their new year. but, i have a lot more ideas, kumquats, more mushroom types in the wild, some safe to eat, others not, and make it like real life to help people learn what mushrooms are safe to eat or not. and the world being alive needs to have more animals, deer, the ability to build carts and and carriages, and occasionally, you can see more times of the village, for example, bronze age, where they sell you bronze tools in exchange for food and water, all the way up to victorian, where you are traded goods such as revolvers and wines and such. there are cheeses, like cheddar, Swiss, blue, Parmesan, and other such cheeses, add in goats to make cheese and milk as well, add in a filth meter and bathtubs, like iron tubs or ceramic tubs, where you need ceramic, made from glass. because to be honest, i have no clue how ceramic is made :P make different governments for the villages and occasional nations. roads can be build in very many ways, such as dirt, brick, and blacktop roads. different economies, a simple version for people who don't know much about economics, but for people who do know a great deal about economics can improve it. such as becoming the leader of a nation/empire/duchy/small but simple village, you know political stuff. and then colonastion. and then having justice systems for even other people, the ways you live will impact your personal story.
