hello all, i am back to share with you what makes minecraft a little bit special for me. even though I don't play minecraft a lot anymore, i have had great times with the game and the people i met along the way. :)

I have always loved games with huge customization options, for me customization is very important in a game. I heard about the game through a friend of mine, and whenever we Skyped, she always had that game on. I could hear the breaking and building sounds through her microphone every time. When I did more research on the game, I was fascinated by the many things you could create with only blocks. I would always be jealous of peoples amazing builds and structures within the game.

What I liked as well was the online play feature. I found a great creative server by the name of EDawg when I was about 12 years old. I fell in love with the community and the many amazing creations I saw along the way. But the best part about it all was the people I met and the friends I made. Building with multiple people was the best thing. I can still remember all of my friends and I making huge cities and skyscrapers with only those few blocks.

My favorite part of the game would have to be the sounds. I remember first listening to that calming music playing throughout the day... The sounds weren't so abrupt or annoying, either. They were very peaceful. The sounds of those small animals just wondering around.. being animals.

I have many memories tied with Minecraft, and I like those memories. Playing mini games, always trying to build modern houses (but then failing), making tons of roleplays because they were just so much fun... And even though I don't play minecraft a whole ton anymore, I still enjoy it and the many things that make it great. This is what made me a Minecrafter.
