My server( under construction)

I have always wanted to start a fun server for people that were good designers in terms of building. People like monkeyfarm and all of the others on hermitcraft. There would be no pvp in my servers(possibly a pvp arena but that's about it.). Also it would be a small whitelist community so that everyone's building would be kept safe. No griefing or raiding in this server would be allowed. However I am not very good with plugins and I am looking for a way to learn more about them. Also I would have to pay to have this server made a 24/7 server because my computer would be to slow to run the server. But this is basically what I had in mind for my server.

There would be warps to different biomes and a small economy, but mainly it would be a survival server for great builders!
