Myster Mentiri is a master of lies and loves to destroy people's hopes and happiness. His work is slow and often acts like a voice in his victim's mind. He often appears in their dreams a friendly guiding light in a dark void. Sometimes he might even take full control of the body he inhabits; but however he chooses to torment his prey, they all end up as dust when he absorbs all of their liquids in one fell swoop.

This entity of consciousness (when not inside a victim) assumes control over a cloud of Distorted Reality (DR) a substance that is so lacking in form and time it looks to the nearest consciousness to give it shape. When Myster Mentiri controls a cloud of DR, he assumes the shape of a human wearing black clothing, a top hat, and a cape. He also has lantern-like head with a fiery face within.
