"I know I lifted the rules a minute ago, But the Half-Bloods that are born and still need to be born....... Will die"

"Oh. Well I have important stuff to do then, I should expand my realm to make way for the new comers, so please leave me alone! Chop chop get out!"

Nick sat in his throne sad, he lied to his brother, his own blood, and If he doesn't do anything about the rule his own children will be dead! He must do something to protect them! He must help them! For all he knows Vortex could've found Samantha right now!
