We build stuff about every week or so and we try to make original and good looking builds. We try too make our videos reasonably short and nice to watch.

I have built something, but I do not know what you think, I use medival. and if I start and build something properly then it is usually good. Try and look at this. it's an adventure map but there are some houses there.

About 20 people, we are UK time so probably about 5pm GMT usually, Yes you can if you build something cool (it can be something you have already built).
