Need help with server!

Hi, could somebody plz help me with a server? It would be very helpful. Its only my second so i will need experienced workers! I will also help too. I do need somebody else to create the server, since i cant do it. All helpers will be thanked and thanked in public also. I will draw your names in diamonds if i have to.
