Need plugins

Hello my name is Reid and I'm about to host a server for Rpg lovers. But its not so easy i need plugins and there are a lot of plugins that are inactive or don't exist. the only solution is that you create you own but I'm not the best a Java script or coding :P and i don't want to pay someone to do it. so if any one would like to help me out on this i would appreciate it they will gain admin access on my server if you can thx pls msg me and we can talk more about it.
