Need Texture Pack for Server

Hi, i need a custom texture pack for a server my friends and i play on. it should be relatively simple:
the default skin should be somewhat resemblant of that of a werewolf, it would be nice if the default skin looked like this:


it should appear to be night at all times (not ACTUALLY night, just that the sun should look like the moon and have a dark blue or black sky,

villagers should look like american citizens during the revolutionary war

skeletons should look something like this:


zombies should be more "zombie-like" ie. warped and rotting flesh

and endermen should be ghosts

otherwise the rest should be default textures
