Need some ideas to building in the nether world. Im building a city in the nether world. need ideas. So far im building a hotel and a pig slaughterhouse with pig spawners and and a barn.

do what I did! go in creative mode and make an ice castle (mine was terrible though) it's cool cus you can make a moat and stuff if you melt the ice

(I have tried this in 1.8 so no trolling)

check www.minecraftwiki.com it says how to do portals and almost everything you want in minecraft(even some glitches)

You need to build a portal in order to get to it. It requires 14 blocks of Obsidian and Flint And Steel. If you need more info on how to make it let me know.

actually u can make it with 10 if u dont bother using obsidian on the corners
