Hello fellow members of PMC, Cobby here!
I know people who have terrible self-esteem, and it griefs me. They never compliment themselves, they never listen to themselves, all they do is angrily rant claiming that they are a terrible person, that they have no life skills, and need to die in a hole.
No you don't!
Never Give Up, We All Make Mistakes
You are a human being, you are a living creature, and cherish yourself for that reason, once you are gone, you are gone. You have the one life with you, and let it stay with you for eternity. We are all people, we are all the same thing. Life is about reaching goals, and eventually you will reach those goals, but letting yourself down isn't going to help. Push yourself as hard as you can, your goals may be far away, but continue to draw your way to the goal, don't let it drift off into nowhere.
You may not be as good at others at certain things, but there is one thing only you, yourself, is good at.
Being yourself.
Life isn't a game, and care about yourself for that specific reason. Your are the best person in the world, everyone is. There is noone better than you, there is noone worse than you. If that wasn't the case, life wouldn't even exist.
People will dislike you, and that is okay, don't let that get the worst of you. If someone doesn't like you, ignore them. They are someone else, not you.
Goals are waiting for you, and you have 1 life to reach those goals and accomplish. If you fail, get up off the floor, wipe yourself off, and give it another go, just this time more intelligently!
We learn by our mistakes, and don't think that your life is mortally ruined, just brush your self off, be a man and give it another go!
People may judge you for making mistakes, and don't let them. Keep on trying until you reach the point you want to reach, and if you can go further. Do so.
Failure is the key to life, if someone were to be born with the ability to not fail, they would have a terrible life. All experts came from a failure. The best sports players you know, were once worse then you at that sport. But they beleived in there dreams, and got there.
Thats why you shouldn't give up.
No matter who or what gets in your tracks, push 'em out of the way and tell them "Oi, I am trying to have a successful life here. Now if you mind..."
You will have hurdles to jump over, dents to trip over, and ditches to fall into, but don't, and I mean DON'T, let them stop you! Get out of the ditch, pick yourself off the floor, and enjoy life for how it is!
