New server - Questing System

I intend to create a minecraft server with a detailed questing system and player based economy but need alot of talented people to help me. I can configure all the plugins needed but I would be in need of builders, beta testers ect. to help me set up the server before we release it to the world. Any help is needed but builders are asked to provide evidence of their work. I also need help with a theme and ideas!

RealRPG is pretty cool. It allows you to make the server really realistic with a lot of quests.

This would be a lot of work. The best thing to do would be to go on Elance and get some developers and designers that you are willing to pay. That is the best way to get people's attention. Developers could care less about getting a cool rank on your server. I would love to help you build though. If you message me, I can PM you my server IP with all my builds.

But I'm probably am too poor to hire anyone, I've started on the questing and I'm nearly fininshed building. I guess I could have a look for somone who can write really cool quests!

That would take a lot of work. IF you check out www.skcraft.com that server is epic. Awesome spawn and it has all kinds of quests. It uses their own custom launcher though to make the server fun. There was also another Bukkit server that did something like this. It is this one: www.emmz.com/ They have some cool ideas. I think you need to do something a little more abstract, and I do not think you know how to build a custom launcher :).
