apparently using the skin viewer notch made isnt allowed when making skins, as my hardcore steve skin was taken down because of that. the message went as follows:

but I have fun personally using that skin.
But here's a suggestion, use Paint.NET, that way you keep all of the skins, and you won't have any copyrighting or original content problems.
You may want to post a small pic showing the skin.png so people know what it looks like.
I have a copy that's just green here.

well, the reson they said the skin was banned wasnt copyright infringment but unoriginality and improper skinning techniques, wich i find to be, personaly and quite frankly, a load of crap. but im not gonna argue with moderators any further on this. they hold the power and in my possision, it would be plain stuipid to fight it.
