Nova Skin [HELP]

When I go on Nova Skin to make or create a skin It says 'Open' I open and select already saved skin and It doesn't load..
Its annoying me now Because people are asking me to make skins.. but It won't WORK!
It Just gets stuck on the grey Uploading screen and It used to work but now it doesn't any Ideas Pleasee!!

HELP!

Yeah that's a way I guess But I have quite a good Skin at the moment and I can't be asked to do It again takes ages to do It right.. :(

Maybe convert the file to JPG or if it is, just re-install chrome
