With 1.8 coming up soon, I couldn't help but look back to the beginning of my Minecrafting career. Watching Yogscast Survival Island made me very gelatinous that I didn't have it. Being the good Catholic that I am, I decided not to break the tenth commandment (Thou shalt not covet thy neighbor's goods) so I went ahead and got myself a copy of it for myself! I went to minecraft.net and navigated to the beta version. I selected the Multiplayer option and my initial thought was "What is this i don't even" and after some extensive googling found an IP to test. Logged on, there were two people on. As soon as I greeted them with a polite hello, they were very blunt. They tested me on my knowledge of military acronyms, I got three correct and they made me gtfo. Kept on testing more, and I found a server I would later be a regular on. This thread is basically for you to share your first minecraft experience on, and I hope you have fun and experience extreme nostalgia!

Have something to say?
So now I play on the .exe.
But before all of that *The server thing was in like 1.6.6* I do remeber getting killed easily at night time by monsters like zombies, skeletons, and creepers.
And during day I try to make a house.I had a good map I liked in 1.5_01
but now its gone...and I forgot the seed.... :'( *sniff*
But now I'm better at minecraft and monster killing is kinda easy.
And I forgot it......
Though i did one time find a pink sheep near my spawn on glacier seed in 1.5_01.*Not first experience*
