So yesterday I went to a minecraft server and saw that 2 of my builds were taken, I was like yay people are using my maps, but this person did not give credit to me. I did /buy and saw the ranks, so I went to it to get his paypal email, Then I called my autorny and told him someone broke my copyright rule. I did say not all my maps had a copyright rule strike but these two maps did the following maps have been taken [Minecraft Prison Mine] and [Minecraft Donation Store] when I talked to the person also known as the server owner he said he built everything. I said I built the donation store and the mines you have, he disagreed, then I linked him to my page and he still said FAKE. So I was on the phone with my autorny and he said, "We will work on that immediatly" My autorny called my other lawyer and we called Sueision Offices and got the server sued for "$130" I let the owner off with a warning that if no credit I will make the sueision higher then it already is, so the next day everyone said mlintzy so you created the map and I said yes. Then the owner deleted the signs and said the sueision was fake, because he still didn't pay so since he didn't pay he lost his computer and monitor which costed him about "$2,000" so he didn't do it again but that's because the server was offline. If anyone doesnt give permmision to any builder they can get sued there have been articals alot on what happened with Playman and how he theory sued alot of people for it.
