This is how to Run a good server. Part 1

Hello,
Owning a server is a very big job. It take's a lot of time. Today Im going to teach you two easy step's on how to make your server better.

Step 1.
Get a good staff. Your staff should be funny helpful, and take time to help members. This is very key, as many people care about how the staff act's. If someone need's help and your staff can't help them this is bad. Here's Why: Your staff represent the server. If there bad, that most likely mean's the server is Bad. Which Is never good. Also your staff are like a body.
Mods: Leg's
Admin's:Body
Co-owner: Arms
Owner: Head

And if one of these is missing. That's never good.

Step 2:
Making a good spawn.

I'm always so surprised when I join a server with no spawn, or a horribly built spawn. Spawn's are very key and are needed very much.The spawn also represents your server. For Example. If the server has portal's, your most likely a hub server. If you have a creative spawn and someone join's in gamemode. Your server is a Gamemode or Creative server.

Keep these tip's in mind.
