Hi everyone! Just wanted to share some news about a new item for a mod I'm currently working on. Lately, I've been working on a custom food item, and here is what it looks like. Basically, it's a super hot chili pepper.I tried to make the 16x16 pixel model and textures as close to the vanilla Minecraft style as possible. As for the mechanics, eating this pepper is definitely not for weak players, because it features some really hardcore high-risk, high-reward PvP mechanics.First of all, it has an extreme burn effect: eating it will instantly deal high damage (Instant Damage III) and completely blind you (Blindness II for 48 seconds). Your screen will literally turn pitch black from the extreme heat! But the coolest part is the massive speed buff you get in exchange for the pain. It gives you a huge boost — Speed III for 5 seconds, turning you into a fast-moving bullet, which is absolutely perfect for escaping enemies or executing fast critical hits in intense PvP fights.The mod is still in development.
