Permissions Settings

Setting up permissions is the hardest thing I've come across in minecraft so far. At this point, I called a break time since ModifyWorld permissions aren't working for me. And all I want is for certain events to not happen and happen for certain groups.

After scouring the internet for ModifyWorld permissions help, most leads end up on the wiki; after that it leads to disable plugins and see if there's anything conflicting.

This is a pre-cursor. Once I have these permissions working, expect a post about some helpful ModifyWorld snippets on controlling certain events.
