Hey guys,

I've seen some people in various forums or sites ask about how to make a youtube thumbnail. Anyways I made a little video showing you guys how it can be done in 5-10 minutes very easily. Once you make the template, it'd literally take 1-2 minutes maximum to change it for other episodes.
