Ok, I made one of these but accidentally pressed f5 and it refreshed the page so I am grumpy..
Anyway, I believe Planet Minecraft Should introduce a banning or kicking system if people's submissions get repetitively flagged for being stolen or inappropriate or something like that. I am sick and tired of flagging all these stolen submission, its is seriously getting on my nerves. I got on the front page of skins, browsing to see what's out there and BAM! 2 stolen skins right there, people claiming they made it and put hours of work into it, I sigh and go on a flagging spree. This isn't so bad on submissions of projects but it happens on texture packs quite a fair bit. People using someone else's texture pack as their own base and editing some of the png's a little and posting it claiming that they made the whole thing, without their permission... UGH. I think they should even bring in IP bans if multiple accounts from the same ip address are getting banned.
I don't want people banned if they copy 4 or 5 submission (everybody makes mistakes, even I do) But if they submit copied things repeatedly and after getting warned, they should be kicked for like a day, then permanently banned.
Don't get me wrong, this does have its downsides. If somebody hacks into a good Planet Minecraft member's account that is not too well known, makes tonnes of stolen submission's then he gets banned. That would be a bummer, but it would keep Planet Minecraft free from stolen items.
