How can someone tell me get a wind/cloud effect for a skin
I need it to make the wind skeleton
If you know please tell me

My first thought would be maybe add some leaves trapped in the ribs? Perhaps a slight grey transition of shading across the body maybe? I'm sorry I can't be more help. it's a tough nut to crack but I think grey and leaves are the most noticeable details you could add to make it defined as a wind/cloud skeleton. :3
