Please Help!

Ok so I need your guys help on server hosts for Minecraft if you have any server hosts that are really cheap. Then please comment the address to that server host. because I am probably making a 12 slot server to start off with and if people donate I will bump it up. I want to have Basketball Tournaments in my server. I want tobe able to access putting plugins on the server. So if you give me a minecraft server host and I use it for my server you are going to be Mod for sure and maybe even Admin.

I also want to have ranks and if I do here is the ranks for the server

Guest-Everyone

Member-played 30 minutes

Commentater-this rank will be decided by me

Athlete-You compete in Minecraft Basketball

Mod-looking for one mod for now

Admin-two positions one can earn it and th other you have to donate

HeadAdmin-CANNOT BE THIS POSITION

Owner-redchili8

So please donate when I get the server up and please referr hosts to me Thank YOU!
