Please Help The Communities

One of my first servers was my favorite and I would still have gone on it now but it has ended tragically. It was called Paracraft and the best part of it was its community. Everyone got along talked to each other shared and had fun as a whole. The spawn building wasnt big at all because players dont realy care about big fancy spawns all too much. Right next to spawn was the spawn shop that was very organized, convinient because it was right next to the plots, and not overpriced. The spawn plots varied in size and were easily obtainable not only because of their low price but because to get the protection on them all you would have to do is ask a mod/admin to do it and they would respond nearly instantly. The staff was the best ive ever seen in my life. I met my best friend on that server who goes by the IGN of BcHoser. He helped me learn how to craft things in minecraft and we made at least 4 houses on that server alone together. We would mine together every day after school and have a great time.

Concerns These days

Recently there has been an outbreak of hackers, trolls, and just complete a**holes. Paracraft had none of these despite its large amount of players. There was no such thing as a pvp a**hole like you might see on pvpmuttsworld if you asked them not to attack you they wouldnt. People could share houses with random people without worrying about being stolen from. It was a better time.

What I ask from you

Can someone please be an amazing person and try to replicate the feel of this server? If you can it would be the best thing to happen to me in a long time. If you can do this I will overflow in hapiness.
