Plugin Experts Needed

This is another post about our server. We are still working on plugins such as Permissions,Ranks, and all that stuff. We do have WorldEdit, WorldGuard, iConomy, and just a few others. We are paying for our server yearly from a website called Multiplay Gameservers. The plugins seem a little weird because when we try to add ranks or perms it causes an error in all the other plugins, so if you know how do install those basic plugins just message me.

First off, take out permissions, Or take out ranks, Since ranks is easier for new players, I would take out permissions, because if it was ranks, then they would mess up if you kept both :).
