I love this plugin it's amazing the root command is /punish and there are over 40 sub-commands such as:
- blind: reduces view distance to about 3 blocks
- slender: applies the blind effect and spawns a special enderman behind the victim
- paranoia: plays random noises to screw with the victim
- rotate: flips the victim's view upside-down
- drunk: applies nausea effect to the victim
