How did you forget your email address and not your password? That's what I don't get.

Those two usually come in pairs.

Kris didn't know the e-mail. You had to re-set your password with your e-mail because of the hacking issues.

I know that you had to reset your password, but how does a person forget his email address? I can forget what email address I used, but the address itself? That just seems odd.
