First prepare:shields, swords, axes, armor and pickaxes. Later free the golems and allays,if you want to make the outpost a house place torches. The golems will distract the pillagers and in this little time you need to kill raid captain to get them peaceful for 5 seconds, than kill the remaining, use the outpost as protection. If you want a house there, place blocks on the holes,placing one of glass to have light and see the hostile mobs.
