Rain Sucks.

Okay, when they first introduced rain, it was a REALLY cool idea. I loved it.... for all of 4 weeks. Something needs to be done about rain on servers. It is a LAGFEST for anyone who doesnt have a decent computer and connection (neither of which I have). I already play at like 15-20 FPS on a server, but when rain comes in it dies down to 9 FPS or lower. I know its not a huge problem to some, but it is to people who dont have a really good connection. Im not saying totally get rid of the rain, but maybe try and make it where it doesnt kill my FPS.
