[Rant] One pixel texturepacks

So today I decided to go check out the texturepack part of Planetminecraft and I saw a bunch of just effortlessly texturepacks that nobody with a sane mind would use.
This icludes;

• Single color texturepacks (1x1)
  
• Those texturepacks who someone just made a spaghetti of colors in paint
  

Now the first thing I don't get is why they even make these kinds of texturepacks.
"WHAT A LOVELY MORNING, LET US MARK THE ENTIRE FILE WITH GREEN AND SAVE IT! IT IS GOING TO BE SO AWESOME, EVEN THE YOGSCAST AND SETHBLING ARE GUNNA USE ET!!!!!"

What really is disappointing me is that they usually get hundreds of downloads, more than most texturepacks that have been put a lot of effort in them. This isn't just about me, It's about every other texturepack out there that gets raced by these kinds of texturepacks.
