What's Wrong with EULA?

So I'm pretty much mad at people ranting on the EULA. Theres nothing wrong with EULA, its perfect, I'll explain it below.

They still can make money, I read up and it said you can make a certain server just for donators, so instead of Premium vs Player, it's Player vs Player, and Premium vs Premium, Pay to Win is really unfair, the people who can spend all the time get to kill the people who are limited how much servers they can donate to. So it's really stupid.

Think about it, one person has full god armor they donated for, and you just joined, there pwning you! It's more fair to have even sets of items, and let it be about skill, plus Pay to Win makes the server really hard to get currency and very boring, so Pay to Win clearly makes servers unfair.



Yes, you give the Donors something to awe about. Give the Premium Server special minigames, such as Hungergames with guns. Everythings perfectly balanced. And if you wanted to, you could make a one-month trial of your server, then they have to donate.



So now you see why theres nothing wrong with EULA, I support the new EULA and I hope it stays like that. If you have any replies/arguments leave them in the comments, and please, don't make your arguments hateful. If this is changing your mind/you agree with me please give it a diamond!

I completely disagree, the ELUA is going to cause server to make way less money, and that will cause less minigames being developed! For example I spent $75 on Hypixel for kits, VIP lobbies, more coins, etc. now people won't get any of that! I know I would NEVER spend $75 on cosmetics, no matter how cool they are! I probably wouldn't even spend $5! And I know from talking to other players, lots of people are the same way!

1st. Why r u trying to act black, I mean really, how did the apostrophe in "fo' " help u type it faster?
2nd. If somebody thinks they're so good for having donor features, they will still beleve that, only with different features!

First of all, what about the poor 8-12 year olds that aren't spoiled. They wont be able to get donor, and they just keep getting pwned. It's very annoying, I've been through it.

nice blog, but "such as access to extremely epic minigames on the Premium Server", the eula states that everyone must have access to the same worlds, gamemodes, etc. Thus, a previous donor to a server practically loses his investment.

I said a different server, not a different world. Such as a different server entirely just for donators.
