Let me start off by saying this- I'm not saying pvp servers are bad, nor am I saying Factions are bad.
My name is Bosheevus, and I am making this blog due to the overwhelming amount of Faction pvp servers in the "Servers" section. Sometimes I come to PMC to find a nice little non-pvp survival server to play on and possibly invite some friends with me. The hope of me finding a server like that is crushed by the dozens- scratch that, hundreds of Faction pvp servers being updated and spammed into the website. I keep trying, however, and search with the search bar. This doesn't work either because titles of some of these posts are very misleading. I've even tried to find a server on the official Minecraft forums and that doesn't work. I haven't played a nice little survival server without Factions in months. No matter how hard I try to find one they are all hidden inside the abundance of Faction pvp servers. So, I've made to a suggestion- making a new category of servers. This new category would be the 'PvP' category. I know that this seems like a lot of work due to all the posts you would have to move to the correct category, but I feel it's possible. Because of all of these servers that have been created it seems that it has created its OWN category. So heres my rant, though it won't do any good for the sake of me and quite a few other players, I'm sure, finding a normal survival server to enjoy. Thanks for taking your time to read this.
