raqks new server!

hey hey hey pmc i just got a new server but i cant portforward and i dont have enough money for a good host so mine is really bad and it is not allowing me to verify that im owner so i cant post the server. if you guys would like to make a server for me i would love that so much but i guess i have to deal with a bad server right now that is barely up and only has 4 slots :(
