Thankful am I to even receive a version of Minecraft at all when I asked for it. I didn’t even remember Minecraft until one boring day at a conference.

I was of the age where I had to be brought everywhere on behalf of my parents worries... when I was about 11. Give me a break; I was clueless not to mention autistic back then.

It happened when my DS LITE was charging, cuz I was a portable gamer back then. I sat beside a guy. I know amazing right? Only about 5 minutes of lying on the table, I sneaked a peek at his screen, and then, MINECRAFT! I was instantly hooked.

Now I have to stop right here and explain something, I have almost never asked my parents about anything!

“Hey mom can I have more bean.... ne...Never mind...”

And that is how I came to like BRUSSEL SPROUTS.

There was a reason I never asked for anything, it was because that if I asked for anything, I felt like I would never be able to ask for anything else. But this was the one! I could feel it! so I asked!

“Mom, I.... I would like... Minecraft.”

And to my surprise she and dad said.

“We will see...”

I first I felt like they said “No” because it was forever until Dad came home with a Macintosh Computer while I was music writing and gave me an expensive program called ProTools by AVID. And I started tinkering around the new laptop to find MINECRAFT! Version 1.5.2. And I SQUEALED WITH DELIGHT, because now I was part of a community that had unlimited Legos. Now I know you have to have a Mojang account to get legitimate and my parents... quickly got one and promptly forgot the password and username. But that is not the main reason why I am stuck on version 1.5.2.

The latest version 1.6.0 the horse update, required another update from the computer... “OS 11 the mountain lion update“ or something... so my father told me that the ProTools software would not work after the update and then proceeded to tell me how much it would cost me per month if I updated.

So while the Minecraft updates might be free for some... I am stuck on 1.5.2 because of an expensive program called ProTools... on the bright side I bought you a teddy bear!

To be fair I do have two computers and one of them is a Windows 10. It won’t be long until I am finally up to speed in the Minecraft community... We just got to figure out that username on Mojang....

This reminds me of my past experiences playing exclusively singleplayer for 8 years.
