Recording Software

So, every day since I started playing Minecraft, I have watched videos about it and of people playing it, and I thought wouldn't it be great if I recorded my own adventures and did a how to or a spotlight every now and then. But then I realized, there is no perfect recording software that I can use to record my game with.

I'm taking my issue here! If anyone knows a good recording software (not fraps or bandicam, I have tried. Bandicam takes up to much memory and has a watermark, and fraps lags!) that I can use to record my adventures with please comment and trust me, this could help a lot of people!!!

Requirements: No lag! No watermark! and it has to be FREE!!!
