Hello there, my name is Flameoguy, and today i'm reviewing a server from /r/mcservers called MRDrugs. I played on the server for a bit, trying to take in as much of the general gameplay as possible.

MRDrugs is a server based around growing crops in a griefing-enabled wilderness, and then selling them in a spawn city, RPing the crops as 'drugs' while avoiding police. The money lets you rank up for new kits and buy things from shops. The server has the Factions plugin which allows players to band together and protect their blocks from griefers by claiming land.

This style of server is common and pretty fun, although it was executed badly in the case of MRDrugs. The 'police' are NPCs, and they are so rare they never pose a threat to the player. The voting system gives an imbalanced amount of money, allowing you to buy items from the admin shop for cheap.

Besides the drug aspect, the server is a pretty decent factions server. It has a simple but functional wild spawn, and the factions plugin is implemented well. If you want to get a fewm friends on to start a faction, this server isn't too bad. However, there isn't much of a community currently: just a few people on to play soliteraily.

The spawn on the server is a quite beautiful city, with a few 'customer' NPCs as well as shop owners and silly characters like The Flash. It's a bit large so it's not hard to get lost, but after some experience on the server you tend to know your way around

This server is a forgettable factions server with a drug plugin thrown on, although it does have some redeeming qualities such as the nice spawn area and plugins like MCMMO.

I'd rate this server 4/10: Poor
