Redstone Tech Support!

Alright, so I'm testing out the new CommandBlock Commands in 1.5, /testfor and /scoreboard.
And well, things aren't working the way they should. I've tried reading up on the Wiki, and things just aren't doing as they are supposed to.

So I am powering a Commandblock which says: "/testfor @p[x=-1431,y=80,z=1448,r=15,score_Rocket_min=1]"

I am standing at those Coordinates, and Rocket is 1 for me.
What am I doing wrong? I mean, It will check for people with the parameters, when powered,
and then it will stay powered until it is powered again, Right?

So question is, am I missing something? Does the Commandblock have to be powered in a special way? Or is it because I am using the Scoreboard wrong? "Rocket" is a "dummy". Its display name is "RocketTest".

I realize it will output power, based on how Many people that hold those parameters, which will be One. So I a Repeater next to it.

Please ask away if there's anything I missed out on.

As it turns out, for whatever illogical reason, there has to be a Comparator next to it in order to receive the output.
