This is an excellent server. It is split into several areas:
The parkour area is up above spawn and is a really fun minigame. There is an easy course, intermediate course, hard course and impossible course. At first it is hard to judge your jump right because you have a jump boost effect, but once you get the hang of it, it's a really neat addition to the server.
Free for all is basically hunger games in a smaller arena except you get better classes and no chests. You spawn in an area showing you the classes and how to get them. The server has a little lag, but overall it's very good. Unfortunately there can only be one game going on at any time, but you have the option to spectate until the game ends. Again, there is a little lag here.
The skyblock area is good, the islands are a bit larger than usual as well which is nice. No lag whatsoever and there is a nice shop you can go to. Limited resources in the starting chest but I like that, it's a matter of personal preference though.
Hunger games is fun even though there usually are many people on the server. Received no lag while playing and the classes you get are simple but usable. There are lots of cool maps and the chests contain some cool things you can use to fight.
Factions is team PvP, and this server has done a great job on it. The spawn area has easy to follow instructions and there is no lag. The design it has took is nice and goes well with the theme.
Overall this server is impressive. Maybe even underestimated. Although there aren't many players online, everything is well built and the community is nice. There were no staff when I was online, so I can't give a verdict on them, but I highly recommend it.
