Revising the server Spawn

I need a general opinion.

On our server, we're redesigning the spawn to address some issues. My original "spawn tower" design with giant obsidian strands extending out from the base meant that buildings had to be placed further away, and people complained about the time it took to walk there. Also-despite telling our users that the spawn world is infinitely generating bedrock, people still exploited glitches to hop the glass wall and wander endlessly outside the spawn area, annoying us by creating patterns in the live map and creating unnecessary generated map chunks.

So-we decided to redesign the spawn to address the issues. The new spawn is completely enclosed, but we set standards to keep people from feeling cramped when getting from place to place. There's tall, well lit hallways to each location, and getting to the shop, bank, and jail are now just a few steps away.

We haven't actually put the new spawn in yet, but it will go in either when it is fully completed, when the bank system is completed, or when 1.2 is released. We're most likely going to release it when 1.2 is released.
