Hey, I need some with getting a server, I need a VERY VERY detailed tutorial on how to run a server, or better if you can give me free server. (if you give me a free server you will become admin right away) If you have a tutorial for me PM me.

yes your friend does need hamachi and yes you could also get your own router as a server but its way too complicated im serious it took me 3 days just to do it with my cousin but if you want to do it the long way look somewhere else cause its too much steps for me lol

and srry u cant give servers u have to make them urself because its only accesible in ur computer

hello im insanclownthief and heres how u make a server

first: u goto www.minecraft.net then u goto download and at the bottom it says minecraft beta server and click on the blue line that says Minecraft_Server.exe (802 KB) then download it

second: download hamachi look it up on google

third: goto were u put your server hing and then open it

fourth: when its finished loading stay in the same folder and look for something called server.properties or server and open that with notepad

fifth: open hamachi log in and then click on the ip adress thing but first goto network and click on create ...

sixth: copy the ip adress then goto the notepad from your server and paste the numbers where it says ip-adress

can you get a router? if so then you can probably get it running
publicly. but if you can't get a router then don't bother.

hmmm... it's something that when someone types in your public ip address it forwards it through security obstacles to your Personal private computer. i asked my dad to set one up for me and it works fine. if he says "it's a security hazard" then i don't know what to do.
though honestly it has no security problems on my computer and my dad says it's perfectly safe
