Hello everyone today i have a server shout out for you guys!

This server is called permissions and it has a good staff. It is a survival semi-vanilla server. This server also has lockette to keep your items safe from burglers. The creeper damage and fire spread is off to help prevent greif. The owner of this wonderful server is _Vault_Dweller_.

On this server you can place sponges to claim land and invite friends to join your claim. This server is a good one! It is a smaller server . One thing that i wish it had is the /back command so you can claim items.
