Server Unfairness!

Hello everyone, its Kyle.
For a few months, I've been the so-called "Co-Owner" (See how it's in quotes? I'll get to that.) on a server. The owner is someone who's been my best friend for 5 or 6 years now. But the thing is, we have no freedom of speech or equality anymore. Not even me. A rule was just recently made that nobody, even staff, can say swears or sexual words. Sadly, I was demoted today because of that rule shortly after discovering I truly wasn't the Co-Owner. I had no equality, no console, and ANYONE, even our mods, could demote me. I had respect for our staff and rules, except for our new one, and I was demoted for breaking it. The owner made a dumb excuse that it would "Keep us from getting bad reviews and make the server more kid-friendly." But it most likely never will. The rule has defeated the purpose of rage and has removed freedom of speech from the server. But it's not just that. There's another unfair thing (Or more....) . After finding out about the new rule, I suggested we simply add an age limit so we didn't have to have that rule. But he shot it down like John Wilkes Booth. The admins and I have contributed greatly, but we have been given unfair treatment, unreasonable rules, a bad server environment because of said rules, AND we have been stripped of power, fun, and equality.
