Servers

I have been searching for sometime for a server to settle on and i have found 2 that have really been impressive, mostly because they have easy going admins and places that are easy for me to build.

But my question is what do you guys search for in a server that makes you stay? Anything from being an admin, to being able to fly to having nothing changed other than the fact i play with other people?
