I believe that there should be an OFFICIAL Minecraft Movie. The ones that others are describing is ones that random animators made and posted on YouTube. I want to see Minecraft: The Movie in theaters, and it be made by some sort of real movie company. If there was to be one, of course Marcus Persson should voice Notch himself. I would pay so much to see a real Minecraft movie in theaters then pay more to buy it on DVD. And trust me, it would be VERY sucessful. Everyone from 6 year olds to 30 year olds play this game, so you would have an exteremely large age range coming to see it. What would also be cool if some other famous Minecrafter's (Sky Does Minecraft, DanTDM, Jeb even) made an appearance or voiced in the movie, depending if Mojang and the movie company want it to be an animation or a acting movie. Just so the blocky-ness is in there, it SHOULD be animated, but that isn't my decision. So anyways, Mojang and some other movie-making company should come together to make a Minecraft movie for many reasons. 1. They'd make lots of money because most movies are limited to a small age group, but not this one. 2. Everyone has been waiting for it, Minecrafters at least, plus people who haven't played Minecraft but like watch the movie out of boredom wil say, "Hey, seems like a fun game. I should play it!" and then Mojang makes EVEN MORE money. 3. Animating something out of pixels is so easy, so the movie would be pretty cheap to make, which saves even more money for Mojang. Dang, why hasn't Mojang used this excellent opportunity?!
