Today ill be showing you how to make a simple mob spawner that got me tons of loot.
Step One:
Get high up in the air
at least 20 blocks high.
Step Two:
Make a 14x14 square
Put a 1 high wall all around the edge
And add water to each corner and put a 2x2 hole in the middle .
Now it should look like this.
Step Three:
Add a 6x6 block to each side and it will look like this.
Step Four:
Add a 3 high wall all around the edges and it will look like this .
Step Four B: if you want 4 high for more loot it is ok but i do three because of the enderman move blocks.
Step Five:
Add a roof that is at least 1 full block and put torches on top like this.
Step Six (optional step)
Add a second level and put a 5x5 hole were the 4x4 hole should be.
Step Seven:
Add a platform about 12x12 on the bottom and put a 1 high border with torches on each corner
and then you will get lots of loot like this when mobs fall down.
Final Step:
go to the top and make it so that no light gets in to the spawner
In the end it should look like this

PS. If no monsters are spawning you are either too far away or there is a mob glitch sometimes the first time you use it on super flat you need to spawn atleast 3 mobs in the spawner for it to work i didn't but i have heard of the problem happening.
