when i play singleplayer 1.3.1 and i go into the nether minecraft says 'disconnected by server' 'internal server error'

Also, i don't actually think its the chunk loading problem, as i went like 15 blocks from my spawn point and then dug down to diamond level, where it crashed, me and my friend had been playing in a lan party when this happened,
it really makes me mad
I think its a glitch or a bug that only happens when your computer is loading a crapload of chunks at the same time, for instance, going into the nether, or running really far away from your spawn point.
Once the mod, optifine, comes out for version 1.3, it should help with this problem as it has a chunk loading option.
