SinglePlayer Portals

Hello PlanetMineCrafters. I have a Minedeas I would like to present. Its called SinglePlayer Portals. The idea is that there are portals that can take you to your other singleplayer worlds. They are crafted by normal mc blocks so they are easy to make in survival. You can name them with a sign of the world you want. Then their would be a special type of item such as a button or maybe a new item like a portal lighter to make it work. This may be really complicated, but it would be really fun and cool to be able to go to your other worlds. I hope this idea is nice and I hope you like it!
