Snow Golems?

Snow golems or snow men, whatever you wanna call it... wwats the point? so what they shoot snowballs at mobs, snowballs don't damage mobs! Well i never noticed that snow golems place snow where ever they wal. now i know that you can make snow generator. i don't really know the use of it though... so this is why i'm making this submission. i am asking if there is any other use for snow then making those things?





how to make snow generator:


make a small confined area to place the golem. make the golem and just hit right below it with a shovel. i know its not that great but it works...
