Well, There's a video you can watch on this(Here)... but I'd rather just tell you. First, you get two repeating command blocks. Type in the first one: /execute at @e[type=arrow,nbt={inGround:1b}] run summon tnt ~ ~ ~ and the next one: /kill @e[type=minecraft:arrow,nbt={inGround:1b}]. turn them on in that order, and fire away! thank you for reading and GOOD NIGHT
