I saw Spider Man: Homecoming last night, and it was THE BEST SPIDER MAN MOVIE EVER! The action scenes had the perfect amount of 'actioness' and kept me on the edge of my seat. The comedy was on point, though some jokes weren't appropriate for some of the younger audiences. The villains were EXACTLY what I was looking for, there was one big main villain, and some of his henchmen served as plot structurers. That was the Spoiler Free part of this blog, so don't continue if you're not willing to be SPOILED by the rest of this Review.

The Hero
Tom Holland brought a lot to the character, and made me feel like I was watching a fight scene from the comics right on that IMAX Screen. Tom Holland was funny, charming and of course handsome. He was the best Spider Man interpretation yet. (Yes, he beats Tobey). Iron Man wasn't in the movie at all, but if you classify Happy Hogan as 'Iron Man' you've got 45 minutes of Iron Man.

The Villain
Michael Keaton brought lots to the Vulture and he majorly impacts Peter's love life as Liz's dad. The old veteran of movie making as lots of juice still in him, and brought the Vulture to life. His role in the movie was quite significant, and I was on the edge of my seat a lot!

The Movie
Even though Sony was making this movie, man I'm glad that Marvel stepped in and took Sony's hand, and led them down the right path. The movie is unbalanced on Rotten Tomatoes but let's assume, it's going to stay in the 90's. Spider Man: Homecoming is exactly what the Amazing Spider-Man should have been (Well I thought they were great, but from a reviewers stand-point).

End Credits
They did confirm that there was going to be 5 mid/end credit scenes, but the other 3 did not make the final cut. The mid credit scene was set-up for the sequel, showcasing Mac Gargan (Scorpion) talking to Adrian Toomes (Vulture) about Spider Man, his identity, and how Mac is going to defeat Spider Man. But Vulture kept Spidey's secret identity on the low to I guess, protect him. Now for the END CREDIT scene. Now I was laughing inside, because I feel REALLY awkward about laughing just in general, so I kept it on the low. Captain America was talking about why having patience is such a good thing to have, but Marvel has they're ways of making the people laugh for sitting for 5-10 minutes.
